Description
"Stone Soup" (by Leta Hall) shows what happens when no one has enough to
share with a stranger but everyone has enough to share just a little bit
with each other. Take a special recipe, three ordinary rocks, an
ingredient from each family's kitchen, and add a little love and Stone
Soup becomes a very tasty tale!
Director: Leta Hall is delighted to be directing again for the Theater for
Young Audiences. Previously, she directed "The Emperor's New Clothes"
and "Red vs the Wolf" for ESP's TYA. A spinster aunt at heart, she seems
to like stories with morals but she is always surprised by exactly which
life lessons kids draw from her shows.
Producer: Richard Durkin (The Memory of Water, The Fisherman &
His Wife). Occasional ESP thespian.
